NeNiKaar Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Liability
By registering for and attending this workshop, you acknowledge and agree that participation is at your own risk. The organizers, facilitators, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course of the workshop, unless caused by gross negligence.

2. Cancellation by Attendee
Cancellations are not available. If you are unable to attend, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you in a future scheduled workshop, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, insufficient enrollment, weather or force majeure events).
If the workshop is cancelled by NeNiKaar, you will receive a full refund.
If rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date, and you will be updated.

4. Change of Venue
We reserve the right to change the venue of the event, provided the new location is within reasonable distance of the original venue. Attendees will be notified promptly.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation terms above. No refunds will be given for no-shows or partial attendance. Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Media & Photography Release
By attending the workshop, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. If you do not wish to appear, notify us in writing prior to the event.

7. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials are the intellectual property of NeNiKaar and are protected by copyright.

By attending this workshop, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publish any materials without written permission.
• Record or livestream the event without consent.

Access is granted for personal use only. Commercial use without permission is prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Production Delays (Jewellery Orders)
Casting is an optional paid service. Participants understand that wax modelling, investing, burnout, and metal casting may have delays due to technical or artisanal reasons. We will notify you of any delays. Custom jewellery is non-refundable once production begins, except in the case of manufacturing faults.
